For those practising Pilates at home during the lockdown, here are some suggested bits of kit you might like to consider investing in and where you can find them online:
- a 10mm thick Pilates mat
- a small (9″ suits most people) Pilates ball
- a 2.5cm head block and a 5cm head block
- a 90cm foam roller
- a light or medium resistance band
For those attending most of my online classes and the recorded class, the Pilates equipment listed above are nice-to-haves but they’re not essential.
