Happy 2020! For many people the start of a new year means focusing more on their health and fitness. In case you missed it, this article in a December 2019 edition of The Observer is an inspiring tale of one woman’s Pilates journey from sceptical beginner suffering debilitating back pain to reluctant advocate with the strength and energy to do things she never thought she’d be capable of doing.
This story is not about a miracle, it’s about how regular Pilates over time can improve your health and wellbeing in very real, measurable ways. It’s why I love teaching Pilates because I get to see people week-on-week getting stronger and more flexible and more confident.
