Thank you for helping me determine demand for Pilates classes over the festive holiday period. I can now confirm there will be no classes from Saturday 22nd December to Tuesday 1st January inclusive.

This means that the last class before Christmas is on Friday 21st December at 1030 and the first session of 2019 will be on Wednesday 2nd January at 1015 when the usual timetable will resume.

2018 has been the best year for Embody Pilates so thank you very much to everyone who attended classes. I’ve really enjoyed teaching you.

Looking forward to sharing lots of new exercises with you in the New Year.
